Concrete New Zealand

Eco Choice Aotearoa

Eco Choice Aotearoa is the official New Zealand environmental labelling programme. In 2019, this organisation developed a specification for construction and demolition waste management to help reduce the amount of waste going to landfills.

The Sustainable Business Network is a forum for businesses that are interested in sustainable development practice. Their Climate Action Toolbox has been updated with information specifically for the construction industry.

Toitū Envirocare

Toitū Envirocare (a subsidiary of the government entity Manaaki Whenua - Landcare Research) offers carbon management and carbon neutral certifications (previously known as CEMARS and carboNZero.) It also offers an environmental management system, Toitū enviromark (previously called Enviro-Mark).
